Dr. John L. Baeke, Chief Medical Officer of AMG, leverages 40+ years of experience across primary care, emergency medicine, addiction medicine, and plastic surgery to transform hospitalist care in Texas. A seasoned leader, educator, and military field surgeon, Dr. Baeke is dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. Inspired by his father’s legacy, he aims to build a team of hospitalists who prioritize holistic, personalized care for every patient.

Gina Acosta

Gina Acosta, CEO of AMG, brings a dynamic background in hospital administration, hospitalist medicine, and legal consulting. With an MBA in Executive Healthcare Management from UT Tyler and years of clinical, operational, and leadership experience, Gina has led transformative growth initiatives, overseeing a physician group covering 17 hospitals and 30 post-acute facilities. A San Antonio native, Gina’s career highlights include driving exceptional fiscal performance, fostering strategic partnerships, and building networks across political, healthcare, and legal sectors. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud mother of two and values transparency, excellence, and innovation in every aspect of her work.

Luis Montes de Oca

Luis Montes de Oca is a seasoned financial strategist with over 35 years of experience in various sectors of financial markets; Private Investors, real estate, international investments Mergers & Acquisitions and Start-up's. As an entrepreneur he sold his Financial practice in 2013; since has continued active in various topics in the financial sector. He has ample experience to lead the financial team for AMG. A 1988 Trinity University graduate in International Economics, Luis brings a global perspective and a deep commitment for innovative financial solutions outside of the traditional medical financial scope with the ability and vision to see outside the standard medical parameters.
